Once you have signed up to my challenge, you will recieve an email including a personal consultation form - this needs completing with as much detail so I can put together your plan.

Your plan will be sent out to you before the challenge starts and then we BEGIN.

The kick up the bum that was needed!

Diana has a great programme where nutrition and exercise can be implemented into your life with balance. The recipe book is very helpful with useful, quick, nutritious and ‘normal’ ingredients that you don’t have to search wide and far for! Diana has a simple no nonsense approach that helps incorporate health and wellness into your normal lifestyle which allows you to enjoy life too-no passing up on nights out etc! Diana has always been there for any questions or issues I have had and is great for advice. The WhatsApp group has been so helpful with a group of girls always there to offer support, a place to vent or for a laugh when you need it. The check ins every week are helpful to get you to think about and reflect on how far you have come and what you need to change for the week ahead. Diana’s voice notes and messages are good to give you the recognition for how far you’ve come or to give the kick up the bum you may need. This is exactly why I look so different and why I’m signing up again for the challenge!

Stronger than ever after baby #3

After having my third baby, I was feeling sluggish and struggled to get back into a routine with exercise and healthy eating. My diet especially needed a reset. I had been following Diana for a while and really enjoyed her content, so I decided to reach out and join her 1-to-1 program.

What I needed most was accountability with my nutrition. I’ve done similar programs in the past and expected to be put on a very low-calorie, restrictive plan—but that wasn’t the case at all. I had plenty of food and never felt deprived. Diana’s approach is refreshingly balanced; she understands that enjoying a bar of chocolate or a glass of wine can still fit into a calorie deficit.

Over the 8 weeks, I lost 4.6kg, gained energy, and started seeing more muscle tone. I even ran a half marathon at the end of the program and felt stronger than I have in nearly two years. Thank you, Diana!

Life changing!!

Diana has shown me how I can create a lifestyle for myself with such manageable habits. I couldn’t imagine going back to the old me and the way I eat and treated my body. I genuinely feel like I’ve changed for the better. Diana never dismissed me for what I did wrong but always celebrated my wins and was so encouraging and supportive. I always felt supported throughout my journey. I lost close to 10 pounds and feel so much better in myself and I’m fitting back into old clothes that I thought I’d never see again. Even though I’m finished the challenge, I know I’ll keep up my new habits and hope to carry on this journey myself as I feel I’ve been given all the tools and advice. This is the most realistic and manageable diet I’ve ever done, takes a while to get used to tracking calories but once you get the hand of it, it’s easy. Thank you Diana ❤️

Diana provides a fantastic programme that is tailored to each individuals needs. The workouts are quick but effective, the diet advice is very realistic and achievable. All in all a very helpful informative supportive programme

Building habits I didn't know I needed

I just finished the 8 week challenge. I can honestly say the challenge has made a huge difference to my day to day life. I have built up new habits in the short space of time that I can't imagine stopping now. Getting my step count up, tracking my nutrients after the learning the importance of protein and fitting in workouts into my day. I was mad to loose kgs ASAP but the challenge helped me understand that its the steady habits formed that make the steady weight loss happen which contradicts all the dangerous dieting culture out there! The motivation and encouragement Diana brings made it all possible!
