The Summer 8 week challenge will run from 19th August - 13th October 2024.

How to get started
Once you have signed up to my challenge, you will recieve an email including a personal consultation form - this needs completing with as much detail so I can put together your plan.
Your plan will be sent out to you before the challenge starts and then we BEGIN.
