8 WEEK CHALLENGE

This Challenge will run from 8th January - 2nd March 2024  

Team DKF 8 Week Challenge is more than just a fitness plan, it's a way of life, a community, a path to reach your desired goals and most importantly MAINTAIN those goals! I have helped 1000's of ladies to feel incredible and regain body confidence - the results speak for themselves.

How to get started

Once you have signed up to my challenge, you will recieve an email including a personal consultation form - this needs completing with as much detail so I can put together your plan.

Your plan will be sent out to you before the challenge starts and then we BEGIN.

Finally a plan that works!

I first signed up with Diana for Summer 2023 challenge - I'm currently half way through August challenge and signing up for the October challenge - I can't see myself ever looking back from team DKF!

I had very little confidence since having my baby last year and really stopped looking after myself. Joining the challenges has really helped so much and not just in appearance but with energy and mindset too. I NEVER feel hungry or restricted. And if there's a bad day, Diana is so understanding and you just reset. Life is for living too!
The workouts are really enjoyable and it's so handy that if you can't make the live you can access later and there are so many old ones to do too so plenty of variety.

My only regret is not starting sooner!

You won’t regret spending time on you

I reached out to Diana when I was very unhappy in myself and I signed up to her 8 week challenge. Her support coupled with the group chat support made the changes easier. The workouts are brilliant and Diana is always on hand to answer questions. Very quickly I fell in love with the Friday sweat sessions. This in turn has developed into a love for the gym and lifting weights when I was predominantly a cardio girl. My job is very busy so having access to do the lives at a time that suited me made sure I got time for myself to complete them. This challenge is different to others I’ve done. Diana works on you and your mindset towards food/exercise/body image. Most importantly she just gets what it’s like to be a busy female. The scales didn’t move massively for me but the difference in my shape, my mindset and my confidence is something I didn’t think id ever be able to buy. My last challenge with Diana had my long awaited holiday in the middle of it & I have never felt so good from the inside out. Thank you will never be enough. Diana has peeled back the layers and let the woman on the inside out again.

8 week challenge- A new way of life

I started the challenges after an injury put a stop to my running. Best decision! It was exactly what I needed, I learned so much from Diana, had constant motivation from the group and quickly fell in love with the workouts and how amazing it felt afterwards 👊🏼 it’s not a quick fix but Diana makes it enjoyable with her energy and positivity! I know I’ll be back… like a bee to a honey pot!

Not a quick fix but a lifestyle change for the better

I had previously done a challenge nearly 2 years ago with Diana and after a difficult few months personally I knew that resigning with her was the step I needed to take to help myself. Unlike other online PTs and programs that I have done in the past, Diana's challenges are superior as she is literally with you each step of the way. Her knowledge, guidance, presence and realness are evident in the WhatsApp group and in the weekly check ins. This isn't a cookie cutter plan, Diana will provide the tools and tips needed to help get you to a place you want to be. The WhatsApp Group and Instagram live page are a wealth of information and provide a safe and welcome community for everybody.

Mindset totally changed for the better

I've been on challenges with Diana since May 22. Was in a rut and post baby no 3 in 6 years I was carrying extra weight and too tired to care but Diana's challenge got me right back on track. Everything was just made so simple to follow and I was never hungry. In fact most evenings I was stuffed. I clearly wasn't fueling my body properly. Treats... daily...no problem, and zero guilt. Anytime you have a social occasion: Nights out / Weddings/ holidays great advice given to help stay on track. I loved her draw a line and reset motto. I no longer care about the number on the scales and my clothes just feel so much better on me. I even wore a crop top out the other night. Unheard of!! Diana has so much energy and it really rubs off. She's so approachable and is so quick to respond to any questions you may have and sometimes even experienced members of the group can answer any questions. I loved the group chat aspect. So motivational! A highly recommended fitness challenge from this busy mom. Workout can be played back in your own time. Absolutely love it.
