Once you have signed up to my challenge, you will recieve an email including a personal consultation form - this needs completing with as much detail so I can put together your plan.

Diana provides a fantastic programme that is tailored to each individuals needs. The workouts are quick but effective, the diet advice is very realistic and achievable. All in all a very helpful informative supportive programme

Building habits I didn't know I needed

I just finished the 8 week challenge. I can honestly say the challenge has made a huge difference to my day to day life. I have built up new habits in the short space of time that I can't imagine stopping now. Getting my step count up, tracking my nutrients after the learning the importance of protein and fitting in workouts into my day. I was mad to loose kgs ASAP but the challenge helped me understand that its the steady habits formed that make the steady weight loss happen which contradicts all the dangerous dieting culture out there! The motivation and encouragement Diana brings made it all possible!

I needed a good push to get back on track after having a baby and this is exactly what I got! Diana is so fab and such an amazing coach! Even when your struggling she gives such fab advice that makes you not want to quit! She has built an amazing group of women full of support no matter what your going through! I would 1000% recommend her and this challenge totally worth every penny!

Best Decision 🥰

I think the first ever time i did a program with diana was like 2016 i then got back on it after my 2nd baby, got in great shape then went on the have baby 3&4 within 12 months 3/4 of my babies have been sections so the recovery can be tough also but doing it this time around was amazing, the support from the group chat is unreal..the workouts have been challenging but can feel myself improving all the time, the meals from the booklets give you so much variety that you could never feel bored of a meal..ive done programmes in the past from other people amd im eating the same 3meals a day for the duration which works in the short term but its not sustainable long term which is why i love dianas programme it genuinely doesnt feel like a "diet" im not restricted whatsoever.my meals are quick, nutritious and calorie controlled...my main reason for doing these challenges is accountability ...checking in with diana is great for motivation, for any questions i might have, she can see changes that maybe i cant see so it really keeps me on track...it works around my life i get up at 5 before the kids for my "me time" to exercise i love the energy it gives me for the day. . Im.already booked on the next challenge..loving it..best decision!!!

Amazing coach . On 8 week challange and singing up for next one . Realistic goals, eating all the foods you want and never hungry . The results speak for themselves the difference in pics even after 4 weeks is amazing . I've been with Diana before and why I ever left I don't know because when I come back I just love it . The WhatsApp group is so supportive and motivating , such a lovely team of girls 🥰 thanks Diana for always being so encouraging and making the process of staying healthy enjoyable 🙌
