How to get started

Once you have signed up to my challenge, you will recieve an email including a personal consultation form - this needs completing with as much detail so I can put together your plan.

Your plan will be sent out to you before the challenge starts and then we BEGIN.

Best decision you'll make

Amazing coach . On 8 week challange and singing up for next one . Realistic goals, eating all the foods you want and never hungry . The results speak for themselves the difference in pics even after 4 weeks is amazing . I've been with Diana before and why I ever left I don't know because when I come back I just love it . The WhatsApp group is so supportive and motivating , such a lovely team of girls 🥰 thanks Diana for always being so encouraging and making the process of staying healthy enjoyable 🙌

Results results 😁

I was lucky to have a 1.1 with Diane. Diane is an amazing easy woman to work with. She makes the plan so easy and manageable. She made a few little tweaks to my diet and I started to see results very quickly. I was never starved and I had my treats 😄 Thank you so much Diane ❤️😘

Thoroughly enjoying the challenge and I’ve signed up for the next one also. Would highly recommend it, it’s realistic, achievable and most importantly enjoyable.

I'm feeling the best I ever have after 3 kiddies & in my 40's

Finding Diana was thr best thing I've ever done for myself. I am over a year on the challenges & I feel so strong, energetic and just fantastic. It's now a way of life with the foods I choose - much better food choices, alot more protein while still have the food I love. I have learnt so much and I can easily fit the workouts, steps, food, water, sleep into my busy days.
I don't know how I will leave as I love the accountability.

Best thing I have ever done is join team DKF!!
I have tried so many different diets that are quick fixes, work for a while but because of being so restricted I'd soon go back to my old habits.
With DKF there are no restrictions, nothing is off limits as long as it's within your macros that Diana will set out for you individually.
The WhatsApp group is brilliant, Diana and all the girls will help if you need motivation or have any questions.
There are so many workouts to choose from as well if you can't make the live workout.
Only half way through this challenge and already looking forward to resigning!!
