8 WEEK CHALLENGE

This Challenge will run from 11th March - 5th May 2024  

Team DKF 8 Week Challenge is more than just a fitness plan, it's a way of life, a community, a path to reach your desired goals and most importantly MAINTAIN those goals! I have helped 1000's of ladies to feel incredible and regain body confidence - the results speak for themselves.

You will be taught all of the basics of nutrition and training but with NO restrictions to food. You will most importantly learn how to sustain your results long-term so you're set up for life with some seriously life-changing, healthy habits!

How to get started

Once you have signed up to my challenge, you will recieve an email including a personal consultation form - this needs completing with as much detail so I can put together your plan.

Your plan will be sent out to you before the challenge starts and then we BEGIN.

Just completed two challenges and signing up for a third!!

I am so happy and proud of myself for signing up for these challenges. If you want to invest in yourself this is your sign DO IT NOW. I signed up to lose weight, but what I have gained is what is most important. I have found my confidence again. My mental health has drastically improved. Moving my body more, working out and walking- realising those endorphins and all those happy hormones. That is what it's about feeling better, fitter, healthier and happier. I also gained a community. You are never alone when you join Team DKF. The group is so supportive and positive, women looking out for women. Of course, Diana herself is so understanding, authentic, genuinely gorgeous person. I am so happy I put my trust in her to couch me, she is always there checking in. She is so invested in all her clients, it may be a remote training but the service she provides is so personal. I could not recommend Diana enough I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Best plan I’ve ever done 10/10

Best thing plan I’ve done and have stuck to. So easy to follow and Diana there to guide ya through ever step. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. The changes in me physically and mentally are crazy. Looking forward to 2024 to see what’s in store

I am so delighted I signed up to this challenge. Although it does not feel like a challenge but a change to my life. I have learned lots. I feel stronger and healthier than I have in a long long time and the best part it doesn't feel restricted in any way with easy simple recipes to suit everyone in the family and extremely effective home or gym workouts making it time effective, can't believe the changes toy body and mind. Thank you Diana and team ❤️Highly recommend

I wasn't prepared for how much I could change my life AND body for the better in a few weeks 🩷

I knew I needed this challenge...but wasn't prepared for how much my life (& body) would be completely transformed in the 10 weeks...
I could never have wished to be feeling how I feel today, just 10 weeks later. I am confident, happy, my clothes fit comfortably, some of the clothes I was wearing before are way too big for me. My underwear fits better...I don't have that bulge of fat under my bra strap anymore. I keep admiring myself in the mirror and can't wait to show my partner how I look in my new undies! I have more energy, even on those tired days, I find energy from my workouts. I have a team of women behind me, most of who I would consider friends at this stage. I have "met" so many women who are Mum's too and we pick each other up and share our struggles...which now feel very normal and common... I feel less lonely.

So excited for the next challenge! 🩷

I love team DKF and can't imagine my life without Diana and the the girls. Xxxx

A lifestyle change

Signing up to this challenge was one of the best things I’ve done for myself. My only regret is not starting sooner. I’ve lost weight, I feel better in my clothes, I’m fitter and I feel more confident. This plan doesn’t feel like a diet, I still eat all of my favourite foods and nothing is “bad” or off limits. It’s improved my relationship with food which is huge for me. Diana is always there to answer a question or give advice. Her support and encouragement has helped so much and I am already signed up for the next challenge! So excited to continue on this journey.
